Services Provided
Clickafloor offers a range of flooring services tailored to meet your needs. Our services include:

• Carpet fitting

• Vinyl flooring installation

• Laminate flooring installation

• Hardwood flooring installation

• Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) installation

• Artificial grass installation

Pricing and Payment

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Additional charges may apply for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., subfloor preparation or removal of existing flooring).

• A deposit of [e.g., 30%] is required upon booking.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within this timeframe.

• For cancellations outside this period, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Delivery and Installation

• We aim to complete installations within the agreed timeframe; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the area is clear and accessible before installation begins.

• Any additional work required (e.g., subfloor leveling) will be charged separately.

Warranty

• We offer a [12-month] warranty on all installations, covering workmanship defects.

• Product warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.

Liability

• Clickafloor is not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing structural issues or improper site preparation by the customer.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is owned by Clickafloor. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
